Easy Homemade Granola

Homemade Granola

Today Lizzy Learns…how to make an easy and healthy homemade granola

Granola….It’s crunchy. It’s sweet. It’s delicious. But it’s not always healthy.

While searching both recipes and store bought options, I have begun to understand that so many products are high in saturated fat and even more so, sugar! The average amount of sugar in a store packaged granola is 28 grams! For reference, the average person should consume no more than 25-26 grams a day! I have tried my hand at quite a few different granola recipes while searching for the the perfect crunchy, nutty and sweet combination. I think I found it this weekend….my new favorite granola recipe. Its only 7 ingredients and its all natural and is so easy to make!

Tips
